I was apart of Matilda from nearly day one to help shape and launch a bespoke admin interface for processing the complex information to submit for an Australian partner or employer visa. There were 2 users to consider uniquely: the internal agent/lawyer and enabling them to diligently but swiftly process applications at scale, and the applicant themselves, giving them the unique opportunity to not be drowning in emails and documents and have more visibility and guidance on their visa journey.
